We are visiting our son who lives close by. We stopped in yesterday for lunch to take home. Today we decided to try the waffles and chicken. Both days the food was tasty and the staff is very friendly and check in with you to see if you need anything. I highly recommend this place. Nice and fresh food!
So good! The chicken was made fresh. I had the chicken and waffles and it was delicious. My husband had a chicken sandwich and wings and both were perfect. Hot, crispy, fresh and juicy. The customer service was great. So helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Packaging has lining to help keep the food extra hot. Also has free parking for their customers on the side of the building. Added bonus!
This was one the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Even the fries and sauce were amazing! Great customer service as well by everyone, they were extremely nice and attentive. After I left that night, I even dreamed about this food that’s how good it was.
First time here and I was genuinely impressed. StarLove (I believe that was her name) made the experience exceptional from the moment I walked in. I’m from Miami and not used to being greeted with such warm, attentive service, so it immediately stood out. She helped me decide on my first order when I was torn between a sandwich and wings and highly recommended the Thai Chili Chicken sandwich. Great call it was crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also want to acknowledge the guy in the back who was clearly busting his butt making the food. You can see every order is made fresh, and the kitchen looked clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. What really set this place apart was the level of customer service. StarLove was checking on everyone, offering refills, grabbing napkins, cleaning tables, and even trying to speak different languages with customers. At one point I honestly thought she might be the owner because she ran the room like a five-star restaurant. I’d definitely come back not just for the food, but for the outstanding service.
In from Utah and this was a hit with the family! Deja was the best hostess! She made sure we had all the inside scoop and we didn’t miss. Chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, waffles were fluffy and delicious. Strips were bigger than expected. Only slight downside is there’s somewhat limited seating (16 ish seats at tables and 6 at a bar). All in all, awesome stop for southern fried chicken!
Clean space. Immediately given a warm and friendly welcome from Vaughn. When looking at the menu, he told me his favorite items. I actually got one of them, which was the honey garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich, which was really good. Not greasy and very fresh!
Great experience at Crisppi’s! Sheila/Shayla’s customer service was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. My order came out quickly, and the wait time was much shorter than expected. (Sorry can’t remember her name but she was amazing) The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality, and the crispy sandwich was cooked perfectly, as well as the waffles and chicken. It’s nice to find a place that delivers both great service and great food. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, delicious meal.
The food was amazing. The customer service was top-tier. We had a waiter named Vaughn. He was very informative very polite. The food came out fresh piping hot. The atmosphere was inviting love that they have parking in the back of the restaurant. The food again was delicious made to order. The customers were patient knowing that their food was created freshly freshly made. The crispy sauce is good. it’s a mayonnaise based sauce. That’s very flavorful my family enjoyed it.
The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed—like refills on drinks and napkins. They aren't kidding about calling this place Crisppi's; the fries and chicken had a perfect texture, and everything was served hot and fresh. I'm definitely going to be stopping by next time I'm in town. Hands down, this is one of the best places to get that delicious chicken with the perfect crunch I'm always looking for in a chicken sandwich.
Been here 2x and each time customer service was welcoming right when you walk in. As you’re ordering from the kiosk there is a staff member near by to assist with any questions and suggestions. I’ve tried the crispy chicken with the Thai dressing, the honey jalepeno crispy chicken sandwich, chicken and waffles with the banana flavored waffles and the loaded chicken fries. The chicken is hot, crispy yet still moist on the inside. Crispy fries. No joke, Everything I tasted was very flavorful and pricing is fair for what you’re getting
